SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Last Updated: September 7, 2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to products purchased from Valper Home Solutions LLC and should be read together with our Terms of Service, Returns & Cancellations Policy, Warranty Policy, and Privacy Policy.
By placing an order with Valper Home Solutions, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the shipping and delivery terms described below.
1. SHIPPING AREA
Valper Home Solutions provides shipping within the United States, subject to carrier availability, product size, weight, destination accessibility, and other transportation requirements.
Certain destinations, including remote areas, islands, limited-access locations, or locations requiring special transportation services, may require additional charges or special arrangements.
If an order cannot be shipped using the shipping option originally selected or calculated, Valper Home Solutions will contact the customer to discuss available shipping options and any applicable additional charges.
2. SHIPPING METHODS
Depending on the size, weight, quantity, packaging requirements, and destination of an order, Valper Home Solutions may use:
- FedEx
- Parcel carriers
- Freight/LTL carriers
- Commercial transportation services
- Other qualified transportation providers
Valper reserves the right to select the appropriate carrier and shipping method based on the requirements of the shipment.
Large or oversized cabinetry, multiple-module orders, or other products that exceed standard parcel limitations may require palletized freight or LTL transportation.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Unless specifically stated otherwise, shipping is not included in the product price.
For eligible orders, shipping charges may be calculated during checkout based on factors including:
- Delivery destination
- Package dimensions
- Shipping weight
- Number of packages or pallets
- Shipping service
- Residential or commercial destination
- Additional delivery services
Large, oversized, multi-module, or freight orders may require a separately calculated shipping quote.
If additional transportation services are required after an order is placed, Valper will communicate any applicable additional charges when necessary.
4. PACKAGING
Valper Home Solutions takes reasonable measures to protect its cabinetry during transportation.
Depending on the product and shipping method, Valper cabinetry may be prepared for transportation using:
Protective cardboard → stretch film → wooden pallet/base
Additional protective materials or reinforcement may be used when Valper determines they are appropriate for the shipment.
Large cabinetry and modular products may be secured to a wooden pallet or shipping base sized appropriately for the cabinetry being transported.
Because packaging and palletization add material to the shipment, the final shipping dimensions and shipping weight may be greater than the nominal dimensions and weight of the cabinetry itself.
5. PRODUCTION TIME AND TRANSIT TIME
Production time and shipping transit time are separate periods.
Production time is the period required for Valper to prepare, manufacture, finish, inspect, and package an order as applicable.
Shipping transit time begins only after the completed order has been transferred to the carrier.
A transit estimate provided during checkout or by a transportation provider does not include Valper’s applicable production period unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping and delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates unless expressly identified by the carrier as a guaranteed service.
Actual delivery times may be affected by:
- Destination
- Carrier operations
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Transportation interruptions
- Freight terminal delays
- Road conditions
- High-volume shipping periods
- Delivery appointment availability
- Remote or restricted locations
- Other circumstances outside Valper’s reasonable control
Valper Home Solutions is not responsible for carrier-related delays occurring after an order has been properly transferred to the transportation provider, although Valper may reasonably assist the customer in communicating with the carrier when necessary.
7. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Customers should verify:
- Recipient name
- Street address
- Apartment, unit, or suite number when applicable
- City
- State
- ZIP Code
- Telephone number
- Commercial or residential delivery information when applicable
Valper is not responsible for delays or additional transportation charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
8. ADDRESS CHANGES
Customers should contact Valper immediately if a shipping address needs to be changed.
Once an order has been transferred to a carrier, Valper cannot guarantee that an address change or shipment rerouting will be possible.
Additional carrier charges resulting from customer-requested address corrections, rerouting, redelivery, storage, return-to-sender, or similar services may be the customer’s responsibility when those charges result from information or instructions provided by the customer.
9. FREIGHT AND PALLETIZED DELIVERIES
Certain Valper products may exceed standard parcel shipping dimensions or weight limitations and may require palletized freight or Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) delivery.
Freight deliveries operate differently from standard parcel deliveries.
Depending on the carrier, destination, and service purchased:
- A delivery appointment may be required.
- Someone may need to be present to receive the shipment.
- Residential delivery may involve additional charges.
- Liftgate service may involve an additional charge.
- Limited-access destinations may involve additional charges.
- Special delivery requirements may result in additional carrier fees.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location can reasonably accommodate the transportation vehicle and shipment.
10. UNLOADING FREIGHT ORDERS
Unless specifically included in the shipping service purchased, the customer is responsible for having the appropriate people, equipment, and access necessary to receive and unload palletized cabinetry.
Standard freight delivery does not constitute inside delivery or installation.
If liftgate service, inside delivery, limited-access delivery, or another special transportation service is required, the customer should request the service before shipment so that availability and applicable charges can be determined.
11. INSPECTION AT DELIVERY
Customers receiving cabinetry, particularly palletized or freight shipments, should carefully inspect the shipment before accepting and signing for delivery whenever reasonably possible.
Before the carrier leaves, the customer should:
- Inspect the pallet and exterior packaging.
- Look for crushed areas, punctures, tears, impacts, broken pallet components, or other visible damage.
- Take photographs of any visible damage.
- Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
- Retain a copy of the delivery documentation.
- Retain the packaging until the cabinetry has been inspected.
Signing a freight delivery receipt without documenting visible damage may affect the ability of Valper or the customer to pursue a transportation damage claim.
12. 48-HOUR DAMAGE REPORTING PERIOD
Customers must inspect their order promptly after delivery.
Any visible or concealed shipping damage must be reported to Valper Home Solutions within 48 hours of delivery.
When reporting damage, the customer may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Photographs of the complete shipment
- Photographs of the exterior packaging
- Photographs of the wooden pallet or shipping base
- Photographs of shipping labels
- Photographs of the affected cabinetry
- Close-up photographs of the specific damaged component
- Video showing the issue when appropriate
- Carrier delivery receipt or Bill of Lading when applicable
Customers should retain the product and all relevant packaging until Valper provides instructions regarding the claim.
Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery may affect Valper’s ability to investigate the claim or pursue a claim with the transportation provider.
13. CONCEALED DAMAGE
Some transportation damage may not be visible until packaging is removed.
Customers should therefore unpack and inspect their cabinetry promptly after delivery.
Concealed shipping damage is also subject to the 48-hour reporting period described above.
Customers should not discard cardboard, stretch film, pallet materials, shipping labels, or other relevant packaging before completing their initial inspection.
14. SHIPPING DAMAGE RESOLUTION
Shipping damage does not automatically require the return or replacement of the complete cabinet, module, or kitchen.
Many components of Valper cabinetry can be individually replaced.
Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, the appropriate solution may include replacement of an affected:
- Door
- Drawer front
- Panel
- Hardware component
- Other replaceable cabinetry component
Valper may provide instructional videos, written instructions, or other reasonable guidance when a replacement component can reasonably be installed without replacing the complete cabinet or module.
Each claim will be evaluated based on the nature of the damage, photographs, videos when applicable, packaging condition, delivery documentation, and other relevant information.
15. ISSUES ATTRIBUTABLE TO VALPER
If Valper determines that an incorrect, defective, or damaged component resulted from an error or condition for which Valper Home Solutions is responsible, Valper will provide the appropriate replacement component at no cost to the customer, including applicable shipping costs for the replacement component.
When an affected component can reasonably be replaced, replacement of that component will not automatically require replacement or return of the complete cabinet, module, or kitchen.
Valper may provide instructional videos or other reasonable guidance to facilitate straightforward replacement procedures.
16. DAMAGE OCCURRING AFTER DELIVERY
Once an order has been delivered, customers are responsible for reasonably protecting the cabinetry and components from damage prior to and during installation.
Damage caused after delivery by circumstances such as:
- Improper handling
- Dropping or impact
- Incorrect storage
- Construction activity
- Improper installation
- Unauthorized modification
- Misuse
- Accidents
- Customer actions
- Installer actions
- Contractor actions
- Other third-party activity
is not considered shipping damage attributable to Valper.
Any applicable warranty coverage remains subject to Valper’s separate Warranty Policy.
17. TRACKING AND FREIGHT INFORMATION
When available, Valper may provide customers with shipment information such as:
- Tracking number
- Freight PRO number
- Carrier information
- Estimated transit information
- Delivery appointment information
The availability and detail of tracking information depend on the carrier and transportation service used.
18. MISSED OR REFUSED DELIVERIES
Customers are responsible for being available when a freight delivery requires an appointment or recipient presence.
Additional carrier charges resulting from:
- Missed delivery appointments
- Unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Customer-requested redelivery
- Address corrections
- Shipment rerouting
- Storage
- Return-to-sender
- Unjustified refusal of delivery
may be the customer’s responsibility when those charges result from circumstances outside Valper’s responsibility.
Customers should contact Valper before refusing a shipment whenever reasonably possible.
Visible shipping damage should be documented with the carrier rather than automatically refusing the shipment unless Valper or the carrier advises otherwise.
19. LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available for eligible orders at:
Valper Home Solutions LLC
5929 Youngquist Rd, Ste 7
Fort Myers, FL 33912
An order may only be collected after:
- Valper has confirmed that the order is ready for pickup.
- All payment required before pickup has been completed.
- Pickup arrangements have been confirmed with Valper.
Customers should not arrive for pickup until Valper has notified them that their order is ready.
Pickup hours and appointment details will be communicated or confirmed with the customer.
Customers picking up cabinetry are responsible for arriving with an appropriate vehicle and properly securing the products for transportation after pickup.
20. CUSTOMER-ARRANGED SHIPPING
Customers should not arrange for an independent carrier or transportation company to collect an order without prior approval and coordination with Valper.
When Valper approves customer-arranged transportation, shipping responsibilities and risk associated with the customer’s selected carrier may differ from shipments arranged directly by Valper.
Applicable terms will be communicated when necessary.
21. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple modules, accessories, replacement components, appliances, or other products may require more than one package, pallet, or shipment.
Different components of the same order may therefore arrive separately.
A partial delivery does not necessarily indicate that an item is missing from the order.
22. DELIVERY DOES NOT INCLUDE INSTALLATION
Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, shipping or freight charges cover transportation only.
Standard delivery does not automatically include:
- Cabinet installation
- Countertop installation
- Appliance installation
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
- Gas connections
- Moving cabinetry to its final installation location
- Removal of existing cabinetry
- Debris removal
- Other construction services
Installation or additional services purchased separately will be governed by the applicable estimate, invoice, proposal, or agreement.
23. EVENTS OUTSIDE VALPER’S CONTROL
Valper Home Solutions will make reasonable efforts to coordinate manufacturing and shipping but cannot guarantee transportation performance affected by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
These circumstances may include severe weather, hurricanes, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, carrier service interruptions, governmental restrictions, emergencies, road closures, labor disruptions, or other similar events.
Such circumstances may result in changes to estimated shipping or delivery dates.
24. RELATIONSHIP TO RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Transportation damage is handled under this Shipping & Delivery Policy and does not automatically constitute a product return.
Valper modular cabinetry orders are also subject to the separate Returns & Cancellations Policy and Warranty Policy.
When an individual component can reasonably resolve an approved issue, Valper may provide the appropriate replacement component rather than require return or replacement of the complete cabinet, module, or kitchen.
