02 — THE VALPER CABINET SYSTEM
FULL ALUMINUM STRUCTURAL CONSTRUCTION
Every Valper cabinet is structurally built entirely in aluminum.
The cabinet incorporates additional aluminum reinforcement in critical areas that require increased structural support, including:
- Door hinge mounting points
- Drawer slide mounting points
- Hardware connection areas
- Other structural areas requiring additional support
The exterior finish can change, but the fundamental Valper reinforced aluminum structure remains the same.
03 — STANDARD BASE CABINET DIMENSIONS

The 30″ measurement represents the aluminum cabinet body itself.
OVERALL HEIGHT
With the leveling system installed, the cabinet reaches an overall height of:
34 1/4″+
Final height can vary according to the leveling requirements of the installation surface.
04 — ADJUSTABLE PVC LEVELING SYSTEM
Every Valper base cabinet includes adjustable PVC leveling legs.
The system provides:
- Non-rusting PVC construction
- Individual adjustment
- Leveling on different installation surfaces
- Up to 4″ of adjustment
- Stable support beneath the aluminum cabinetry
The legs are concealed behind the finished toe-kick.
05 — FINISHED CABINET INTERIOR
Valper doesn’t stop at the exterior.
The cabinet interior is completely lined with ACM, creating a clean and finished appearance when doors and drawers are opened.

06 — STARBOARD® HDPE CABINET FLOOR
The bottom of the cabinet is lined with 1/4″ King StarBoard® ST HDPE.
This creates an easy-to-maintain interior surface in an area commonly exposed to spills, dirt and everyday use, helping reduce staining.
07 — VALPER OUTDOOR HARDWARE SYSTEM
The hardware system is supported by dedicated reinforcement within the aluminum cabinet structure.
CORROSION-RESISTANT HINGE SYSTEM
Valper uses stainless steel hinges featuring 3% molybdenum for enhanced corrosion resistance in demanding outdoor environments.
The aluminum structure is additionally reinforced at each hinge mounting area.
CORROSION-RESISTANT DRAWER SLIDES
Valper drawer slides utilize a corrosion-resistant alloy system designed to provide durability and smooth operation in exterior environments.
Drawer-slide mounting points are also reinforced within the aluminum cabinet structure.
08 — TWO OPENING SYSTEMS
Valper cabinetry is available with two different opening styles.
GOLA SYSTEM
An integrated handle-free opening system that creates a clean, contemporary appearance.
HANDLE SYSTEM
For projects using handles, Valper cabinetry is manufactured with full-height doors and drawer fronts, creating a finished furniture-style appearance.

09 — FINISHED TOE-KICK
Valper base cabinetry includes its corresponding finished toe-kick.
The toe-kick conceals the adjustable leveling system and completes the lower portion of the cabinetry.
When applicable to a Climacore® project, the toe-kick is also fabricated in Climacore®.
10 — EXTERIOR FINISH OPTIONS
Once the aluminum cabinet system is established, the exterior appearance can be customized through three primary finish systems.

14 — VALPER INSTALLATION KIT
STARTING AT $250
Certain kitchen configurations require additional structural and finishing components during installation.
The Valper Installation Kit is prepared specifically for the project’s configuration.
It is required for selected installations such as:
Refrigerator Openings
L-Shaped Kitchen Configurations
ALUMINUM PROFILES
The kit includes:
1″ × 1″ Aluminum Profiles
1″ × 2″ Aluminum Profiles
Profiles are supplied in the quantities and lengths necessary for the specific project.
CONNECTION HARDWARE
The kit also includes the necessary connection hardware:
- Connection brackets
- 410-grade screws
- 304 stainless steel screws
- Required quantities according to the project
FILLERS
The kit includes:
2 Aluminum Fillers for L-shaped configurations
plus
2 Matching Finish Fillers
The matching fillers are fabricated using the same exterior material/finish selected for the cabinet fronts.
PROJECT-SPECIFIC KIT
Because every kitchen configuration is different, aluminum profiles and connection hardware are prepared according to the requirements of the specific project.

The pricing in this program applies to Valper cabinetry.
Unless specifically included in an individual quotation, cabinetry pricing does not include:
- BBQ / Grill
- Refrigerator
- Side Burner
- Sink
- Ice Maker
- Other appliances
- Countertop / Stone
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
- Other third-party components or services
This keeps cabinetry pricing separate and allows the contractor to configure each project according to their customer’s requirements.

10-Year Warranty on StarBoard®
Warranty coverage should not be interpreted as automatically extending the same term to ACM, Climacore®, appliances, countertops or other components.
