ABOUT VALPER® CABINETRY

Every VALPER® cabinet is structurally built in aluminum. The aluminum structure is reinforced in critical areas, including hinge, drawer-slide, hardware, and other attachment points.

The exterior finish can then be customized using King StarBoard® ST (HDPE), ACM, or Climacore®.

No. VALPER® uses a carpentry-in-aluminum construction system to manufacture its cabinetry. The system is engineered and assembled to create a strong, precise cabinet structure with additional aluminum reinforcement where required.

The structural cabinet is aluminum. The finished interior is lined with ACM, using white interiors with lighter exterior colors and black interiors with darker exterior colors.

The cabinet floor is additionally lined with 1/4″ King StarBoard® ST HDPE for an easy-to-maintain surface.

Our standard base cabinetry has a 24″ depth and a 30″ cabinet body height.

With the adjustable leveling system, the overall cabinet height reaches approximately 34 1/4″ or more, depending on the required adjustment.

Yes. VALPER® cabinets use individually adjustable PVC leveling legs designed for outdoor applications. The system provides up to approximately 4″ of adjustment to help compensate for variations in the installation surface.

A finished toe-kick is included with the cabinetry.

MATERIALS & FINISHES

VALPER® currently offers three primary exterior finish systems:

King StarBoard® ST (HDPE)
ACM
Climacore®

The aluminum cabinet structure remains the foundation regardless of the exterior finish selected.

King StarBoard® ST is an advanced high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet designed for demanding environments.

Valper uses 1/4″ StarBoard® ST for door/front applications and cabinet floors, while 3/8″ StarBoard® ST is used for applicable shelving.

Our current StarBoard® ST color selection includes:

Seafoam · Nutmeg · White/White · Indigo · Black · Tuscan · Slate Gray · Mocha Brown · Basil · Charcoal Gray · Dolphin Gray · Sanshade

Availability should be confirmed when placing the order.

ACM stands for Aluminum Composite Material. It combines aluminum skins with a core to create a lightweight, finished panel.

VALPER® uses ACM both as an exterior finish option and as part of our finished cabinet interior system.

Yes. In addition to applicable manufacturer finishes, VALPER® offers a Valper Custom ACM Collection with selected colors and finishes.

Contact us or review the Materials section for currently available options.

Climacore® is an 18 mm (~3/4″) moisture-resistant panel system offering furniture-style finishes and dimensional stability for appropriate outdoor applications.

Unlike our StarBoard® and ACM door systems, Climacore® doors do not require the aluminum door frame around the panel.

We describe Climacore® according to its documented characteristics as water resistant / moisture resistant. We do not describe it as “100% waterproof.”

Reasonable cleaning and care are still required.

Current options include:

Muratti 1 · Nocce 1 · Brushed Concrete 1 · Rosales 2 · Gris Plomo

An unfinished Climacore® option may also be available for applicable applications.

Valper offers two primary opening styles:

Gola System — a modern integrated, handle-free appearance.

Handle System — full-height doors and drawer fronts designed for handle installation.

Both use the same reinforced aluminum cabinet structure.

DOORS & OPENING SYSTEMS

VALPER® offers two primary opening styles:

Gola System — a modern integrated, handle-free appearance.

Handle System — full-height doors and drawer fronts designed for handle installation.

Both use the same reinforced aluminum cabinet structure.

Yes. The visible aluminum profiles can be custom painted in available colors to coordinate with the selected cabinetry finish.

Custom profile painting may involve an additional charge.

No. This is an important difference between the systems.

StarBoard® ST and ACM fronts use Valper’s aluminum door-frame system. Climacore® uses the finished panel directly without an aluminum frame surrounding the door.

HARDWARE

VALPER® uses a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel hinge system selected for demanding outdoor cabinetry applications.

Our current hinge specification includes 3% molybdenum for enhanced corrosion resistance.

We do not market the hinges using an unverified alloy-grade claim. We describe them according to their documented specification as a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel hinge system featuring 3% molybdenum.

Valper uses corrosion-resistant alloy drawer slides designed to provide improved durability in outdoor environments.

Drawer-slide mounting areas are additionally reinforced with aluminum within the cabinet structure.

MODULES & CONFIGURATIONS

Our modular collection provides standardized sizes and configurations while still allowing customers to select finishes, colors, opening styles, and other available options.

This combines the convenience of a modular system with VALPER®’s cabinetry construction and finish options.

Valper is developing multiple standardized module sizes and configurations for different outdoor kitchen layouts.

The exact sizes and configurations currently available can be found in the Modules section of our website.

Yes. Multiple VALPER® modules can be combined to create larger outdoor kitchen configurations.

Depending on the layout, additional connection or installation components may be required.

Yes. A layout can incorporate an intentional opening between cabinetry for an under-counter refrigerator or another compatible appliance.

The appliance dimensions and required clearances must be considered when planning the configuration.

Yes. L-shaped configurations can be created using compatible modules and installation components.

Certain configurations may require a VALPER® Project-Specific Installation Kit.

APPLIANCES & COUNTERTOPS

Not unless the applicable product or order specifically states that appliances are included.

Cabinet pricing should not be interpreted as automatically including a BBQ, refrigerator, side burner, sink, ice maker, or other appliance.

Yes. Customers may supply their own appliances.

VALPER® needs the exact brand, model, manufacturer specifications, and required dimensions when cabinetry must be prepared specifically for an appliance.

Not necessarily.

The nominal appliance width is not the same thing as its required cutout dimension. Always use the appliance manufacturer’s specifications.

For applicable orders, Valper can provide the required custom cabinet preparation once the customer supplies the exact appliance information and specifications requested by VALPER®.

Countertops are not automatically included with cabinetry unless specifically stated in the product, estimate, or order.

Countertop fabrication and installation can be handled separately depending on the project.

INSTALLATION

Standard cabinetry includes its applicable cabinet components and finished toe-kick.

Some layouts require additional installation components.

The VALPER® Project-Specific Installation Kit provides additional components required for selected configurations, particularly refrigerator openings, L-shaped kitchens, and other connections requiring additional structural support or finishing.

Depending on the project, it may include:

1″ × 1″ aluminum profiles
1″ × 2″ aluminum profiles
Connection brackets
410-grade screws
304 stainless-steel screws
Aluminum fillers for applicable L-shaped configurations
Matching finish fillers

Profiles and hardware are supplied in quantities and lengths appropriate for the particular project.

When applicable, VALPER® may provide guidance, instructional information, or videos for installation and straightforward component replacement.

Professional installation is recommended whenever the customer is not comfortable performing the required work.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

Online modular cabinetry orders require 100% payment when the order is placed.

Yes. Eligible online modular orders may be canceled within 48 hours from the time the order is placed.

VALPER® does not charge its own cancellation fee during this period.

Third-party processing or financing fees that a payment provider does not refund are outside VALPER®’s control.

No. After the initial 48-hour cancellation period, modular cabinetry orders become Final Sale.

Contact VALPER® immediately.

Changes requested within the initial 48-hour period may be possible, subject to confirmation from VALPER®.

Once fabrication, finishing, preparation, or material allocation has begun, changes may not be possible and approved changes may involve additional costs.

Available financing and payment options will be displayed when available during the purchasing process.

Approval, terms, payments, and eligibility for third-party financing are determined by the applicable financing provider.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

After the applicable 48-hour cancellation period, modular cabinetry orders are Final Sale and are not returnable.

A scratch or other issue affecting a replaceable component does not require returning the entire kitchen.

Contact VALPER® within the applicable reporting period and provide photographs of the issue.

If VALPER® determines the problem is our responsibility, we can provide the appropriate replacement component at no cost, including applicable replacement shipping.

Normally, no.

Many VALPER® components can be individually replaced, including doors, drawer fronts, panels, hardware, and other serviceable components.

When an individual replacement reasonably resolves the problem, there is no need to replace the complete cabinet or kitchen.

Yes, when applicable. VALPER® may provide instructional videos, written instructions, or reasonable technical guidance for straightforward component replacements.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

VALPER® provides shipping within the United States, subject to product size, weight, carrier availability, destination, and applicable shipping requirements.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, shipping is not included in the product price.

Eligible orders may receive calculated shipping during checkout. Larger or oversized orders may require a separate freight quote.

Depending on the product and shipping method, our cabinetry may be protected using:

Protective cardboard → stretch film → wooden pallet/base

Additional protection may be used when necessary.

They may.

Large, oversized, or multiple-module orders may require palletized freight/LTL delivery rather than normal parcel service.

Not automatically.

Liftgate, residential, limited-access, inside-delivery, or other special freight services may involve additional charges depending on the shipment and carrier.

No. Unless specifically purchased and stated in writing, shipping or freight transportation does not include installation.

Inspect the shipment before signing whenever reasonably possible.

Take photographs and note visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt or BOL.

Visible or concealed shipping damage must be reported to Valper within 48 hours after delivery.

Keep the packaging and pallet until the claim has been evaluated.

Yes, for eligible orders.

WARRANTY & CARE

VALPER® provides a 10-year limited warranty on Valper aluminum cabinet construction and King StarBoard® components, subject to our Warranty Policy and applicable exclusions.

Other materials and components may carry separate manufacturer warranties.

Certain materials and components used by VALPER® may carry manufacturer warranties of 10 years or more, depending on the specific product and manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the manufacturer’s own terms, limitations, maintenance requirements, and claim procedures.

No.

A manufacturer’s warranty applies to the particular material or component covered by that manufacturer. It does not automatically extend the same warranty period to the entire kitchen.

Yes.

Outdoor-ready does not mean maintenance-free.

Reasonable cleaning and care are necessary to maintain the cabinetry’s appearance and performance.

Outdoor cabinetry should not be abandoned or neglected for prolonged periods without reasonable cleaning and care.

Environmental contaminants, dirt, salt, grease, organic material, pool chemicals, and other substances can accumulate and affect surfaces or components.

Conditions resulting primarily from prolonged neglect or lack of reasonable maintenance are not considered manufacturing defects.
